FFL Transfers - Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Comfort, San AntonioGunWurkz is a licensed firearms dealer serving the Texas Hill Country including Boerne, Comfort, Fair Oaks Ranch, Kendall County, Comal County and San Antonio. I can assist you with the transfer of a firearm, both going to someone else or coming from an outside individual or dealer. If you buy a firearm from a dealer or individual outside of your State of Residence, federal law requires that you have that firearm shipped to a dealer in your state of residence who can then transfer the firearm to you. I will perform all the necessary BATF mandated background checks, residency and proof of age checks. Unless you are shipping a firearm directly to the manufacturer for repair and/or service, you cannot have an out-of-state firearm shipped directly to you. I offer this service of coordinating with other dealers, getting them a copy of my FFL license mandated by the BATF, and completing the necessary paperwork when you pick up the gun. I do the complete Firearm Transfer Service for $25.00 per gun. To have a firearms transferred to you, please call me at 210.378.5505 or email me at gunmaster@gunwurkz.com. The usual steps that are followed are these: You agree to the terms and pay the seller directly for the firearm you desire, inform the seller that you are dealing with GunWurkz, inform GunWurkz of the seller's address and phone number, (email address and fax numbers are also helpful), GunWurkz will contact the seller and find out what form he wishes the FFL license to be in (i.e. direct mail or Fax), when the seller receives the FFL copy, he ships the firearm to GunWurkz, GunWurkz will inform you when the gun comes in and you may come to pick it up, we will complete the necessary paper work at my shop, you pay me $25.00 and take the gun home. |
